Daphne, the greek Naiad, inspired this enthralling Jewell. She is said by ancient sources variously to have been a daughter of the river god Peneus and the nymph Creusa.
Due to a curse made by the god Eros, son of Afroditi, on the god Apollo, she became the unwilling object of the infatuation of Apollo, who chased her against her wishes. Daphne pleaded to her river god father for help, who transformed her into a laurel tree, thus foiling Apollo.
The abstract silver layered pendant is framed by a lot of sea-green semi-precious agate stones. It continues with a 5mm black braided genuine leather cord.
Daphne is 45 cm ( 18″) long and it is perfect for charming and mysterious women like you.
