We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. All the orders are shipped via FIRST CLASS POSTAL SERVICE. Depending where you live and the postal service provider in your country, it might take 3 to 15 days to the item to arrive at its destination.
During festive seasons like Easter or Christmas items might take longer to arrive. We will send a notification email to you as soon as the item has been shipped. The “total” amount displayed at checkout is not inclusive of any taxes and duty.
Depending on the geographical locations, you may be required to pay an additional amount for customs clearance and/or duty at the destination country. All these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details, please contact your local customs authority.
You have the right to return a product or products within 14 working days from the delivery date if you received the wrong or defective item.
In the event that your return is not caused by the company’s fault, you will be charged with the cost of returning goods.
Therefore it is really important to understand that in products like Woman Bracelets and Men Bracelets the offered options is about the wrist size and not the bracelet size. Follow the instructions on every products page using the Size Guide to avoid mistakes on your order.
If the reason for your return concerns the company’s fault then the company will undertake the cost of returning.
The Return offers you the following options:
We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was defective or if you received the wrong item by the company’s fault. For the best service, we advise that within 24 hours from receipt, you inform us of your wish to exchange the product.
Refund to your chosen bank account or Paypal account from which the payment was made within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.
PROCESS OF RETURNING A PRODUCT
From the date of receipt, you have 14 days to decide whether you wish to return the product. Please note that when you return a product must know the order number and your desire for Exchange or Refund, so we can accommodate your request as soon as possible and accurately.
When we received orders returned to us with an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by the recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship. If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend the products charging 20 % of the product price/total order amount as shipping charge.

The responsibility for returning the product to our warehouse is exclusively the customers. This is why you should make sure the product is properly packaged when returned. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure package.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
